A Saturday at Shore Harvest.

This past Saturday, 10 fellows plus 1 Mike and 1 David volunteered to help with the construction (and deconstruction!) at Shore Harvest Church's new facility!  We were so blessed to enjoy some beautiful weather and work side-by-side with faithful friends and families.  Thank you Shore Harvest!

Suresh sanding...it's harder than it looks people.

Mike torching...again, hard than it looks.

MSO with the Mathi.

Thursday, we were blessed by an evening with John and Karen Mathis.  We enjoyed a delicious dinner at their home and an incredible Christmas Symphony in Easton featuring the Mid-Atlantic Symphony Orchestra and The Morgan State Opera Choir.

TFA Friend Event featuring Ordinary Times!

Ordinary Times (Jill McFadden (TFA '04), Ben Keyes, and Peter La Grand) visited us at Osprey Point this week.  They graced us with their music, thoughts on aesthetics, and all around presence.  Wednesday evening culminated in a Windrush jam session.

It's coming ...

It was amateur hour at the first tree set-up as we were missing lights. Final product to come ...

Non-traditional tree topper.

Nothing says holiday cheer like embarrassing photos.

Dance party.

Okay, I'm not sure the meaning of this, but drawn by the sound of a small motor, I found this fan trained on 3 strange pairs of shoes....

Photo of the week (cheating version)

I'm cheating with several photos this time. On our fall retreat in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia we experienced many variations in weather.

Tilghman Island

Last weekend consisted of an oyster feed, a stand-up comedy performance and a concert! We headed to Tilghman Island for all three.

Oyster newbies.

For the comedy performance, we headed to a local church to hear Becky, an alum from last year's class perform. Right after, Daniel, another alum, held a concert with his band. Both were excellent, you can find Daniel's music here.

Sunset on the Island.
